Variety’s Autism Resource Center
The mission of Variety’s Autism Resource Center is to give families who have a child with Autism a sense of belonging and connection through recreational activities, workshops, parent groups and various other programs as well as to provide information on resources & assistance available to families throughout the Delaware Valley. Some of the services available through the Autism Resource Center Include:
Autism Ambassadors: Variety’s Autism Ambassadors will be in various schools throughout the region. This peer matching program lowers the barriers children with autism face in participating in school with their typical peers.
- Autism Specific Events: We host special outing at Sesame Place and Please Touch Museum just for kids on the spectrum
- Resource Line: Parents can call/email questions about resources and we will help connect them to services in their area
- Teen/Tween Social Skills Groups: Variety partners with providers to develop and implement social skills programming for adolescent ASD children.
- Cool Kids Meet Up at Norcom Community Center in Philadelphia

- Cool Kids Meet Up at Variety Club Camp & Developmental Center, Worcester, Montgomery County. Click here to download application for camp-based program.

- Workshops: Held 3-4 times per year for Parents and Professional to learn about new resources and to provide support to one another.
