Local Celebrities & ZAMA Restaurant Continue to Support Variety
ZAMA is featuring a new "Celebrity Roll" on its menu to benefit Variety- The Children’s Charity programs and services for children with disabilities. The restaurant’s "Bernie Roll," created by Chef Zama and Philadelphia Flyers goalie legend Bernie Parent is now being offered at the Rittenhouse eatery.
The "Bernie Roll" is made using regular maki and is filled with cucumber and mango. The maki is served open-faced with salmon tartar and spicy onion sauce. The "Bernie Roll" is served on a glass plate mimicking ice.
Philadelphia celebrities that have featured rolls at ZAMA are Winston Justice of the Philadelphia Eagles (Justice for All Roll), Tony Luke of Tony Luke’s (Tony Luke Roll), and Ryan Madson of the Philadelphia Phillies (Mad Dog Roll).
